Al Aman Fund for the Future of Orphans Launches its Campaign “Thank You for Educating Me” to Celebrate Reaching 4000 Beneficiaries

As a celebration for educating and training 4,000 orphans and in recognition of the efforts of donors who continuously support these orphans, Al-Aman Fund for the Future of Orphans, an initiative of Queen Rania Foundation for Education and Development, launches its “Thank You for Educating Me” campaign to express its gratitude and appreciation to all those who supported orphans above the age of 18, through higher education and vocational training.

Al Aman Fund believes that youth play the most essential role in building a successful society and are the source of its strength, the secret of progress and the future leaders of this country. Supporting these young orphans and investing in their capabilities develops their skills and experiences, whether in the practical, social or economic aspect. They are most willing to accept, coexist and innovate with all that is new and have the vital spirit that contributes to dealing with all different aspects of life.

Al Aman Fund’s main programs are Educational Scholarships & Vocational Training, Living Expenses including housing and transportation, Guidance & Counseling for orphans as well as Internship & Employment to help them find a suitable job after graduation.

Out of the 4000 students who have benefited from Al Aman Fund; 2639 students graduated and were engaged in the practical process of life. The number of orphans who are currently studying reached more than 763 students, of whom 654 were enrolled in universities, 64 are completing their diploma level, 43 enrolled in the vocational training program, and 2 are completing the master’s degree. It is also important to note that the total number of poverty pockets beneficiaries reached 990 students.
