Al-Aman Fund for the Future of Orphans Signs an “MOU” with “Bilforon” Application

As part of its continuous endeavor to expand its partnerships and enhance the services and programs provided to its youth, Al-Aman Fund for the Future of Orphans (AAF) announced the signing of an (MOU) with “Bilforon”, the leading Jordanian platform in marketing and promoting home food from home-based kitchens.

The agreement was signed by Noor Homoud, General Manager of Al-Aman Fund for the Future of Orphans, and Muhammad Al-Battikhi, Executive Director of “Bilforon” application, and seeks to project the mission and vision of AAF by creating a service to generate donations through the platform. The agreement also includes offering a special membership to AAF’s youth beneficiaries who have a talent for cooking, and have enhanced their skills and abilities by enrolling in training and practical courses offered by a number of eminent chefs, and the Fund’s partners and academies specialized in this field.

Homoud, highlighted the importance of expanding AAF’s network of partners and supporters from various sectors, as well as the significance of cooperating with entrepreneurial startups, which have become one of the most impactful sectors that provide job opportunities for Jordanians in general, and youth Jordanians in specific, in addition to inspiring AAF’s youth to succeed and create sustainable livelihoods through high-quality education and various support schemes provided by the Fund.

On his behalf, Al-Batikhi expressed great interest in signing the agreement that aims to expand the circle of community support provided by “Bilforon” by creating a dedicated section for AAF on the “Bilforon” application under the title “Donations”, to reach a large segment of the application’s current users, and announced his commitment to support AAF’s beneficiaries in their professional and practical training in the field of cooking.

Launched in 2003 at the initiative of Her Majesty, Queen Rania Al-Abdullah, Al-Aman Fund works on supporting the orphaned youth in Jordan by providing academic and vocational education, as well as several self-development, capacity building and livelihood support in order to enable them to become productive, positive and capable of creating sustainable livelihoods. Until this day, about 4,000 youth orphans have benefited from AAF’s programs.
