Queen Rania has Iftar meal with orphans at Al Hussein Social Foundation

(Office of Her Majesty – Press Department – Amman) Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah, accompanied by Her Royal Highness Princess Iman bint Abdullah, visited the Al Hussein Social Foundation for Orphans on Monday, breaking the fast in the company of orphaned children and their caretakers.

Foundation director Mrs. Naziha Al Shatarat also attended the Iftar. One of the largest integrated social welfare institutions in Jordan, Al Hussein Social Foundation for Orphans was founded in 1953 and today provides accommodation, food, clothing, and educational services to 119 children. Hosting both orphans and victims of broken families, the Foundation’s mission has been to provide underprivileged children with a home-life environment.
