09 May Mohammed Ghazi Ahmed Abu Soufa and Associates Renews its Partnership with Al Aman Fund
Amman 9/5/2019 Al Aman Fund for the Future of Orphans- – renews its MoU with Mohammed Ghazi Ahmed Abu Soufa and Associates, which includes support for the cost of university scholarships and vocational training for young orphans benefiting from Al Aman Fund.
Through its partnership with Mohammed Ghazi Ahmed Abu Soufa and Associates, Al Aman Fund is able to provide university education and vocational training opportunities for 30 students throughout the duration of their studies. The partnership was launched in 2009, in order to educate orphans above the age of 18 who graduated from orphan care centers as well as orphans who live in poverty with a guardian or an immediate relative and are supported by orphan support organizations; and give them a better chance to become productive individuals capable of achieving a positive change in their environment and society.
General Manager of The Fund, Mr. Ibrahim Al Ahmad said: “For the tenth consecutive year, we cherish our distinctive partnership with Mohammed Ghazi Ahmed Abu Soufah and Associates and appreciate the support that reflects the company’s belief in our mission to provide young orphans with education and a better future.”
Mr. Mohamed Abu soufah expressed his pride in continuing the support and cooperation that is embodied within the framework of the company’s strategy, within the corporate social responsibility program, which aims to serve and develop the community and support the education of orphans. Mohammed Ghazi Ahmed Abu Soufa and Associates is one of the largest steel and cement distributors in Jordan, as it is a certified distributor of major steel and cement manufacturing companies in Jordan.
Al-Aman Fund for the Future of Orphans – an initiative of Queen Rania Foundation for Education and Development aims at providing opportunities for young orphans across the Kingdom through its set of programs including; Educational Scholarships, Living Expenses, Guidance & Counseling, Internship & Employment as well as Medical Insurance. More than 3777 orphans have benefited from Al Aman Fund; of which 2537 students graduated and were engaged in the practical process of life.
